Glueing

GLUING CARDBOARD PACKAGING

In the production process, we use modern folding and gluing machines that enable gluing at up to 4 points.
This allows us to produce both simple flap boxes and more complex shaped structures requiring multi-point gluing.

Each gluing line has been designed with efficiency and precision in mind, allowing for durable and aesthetic joints even at high production speeds.
The use of appropriate industrial adhesives guarantees resistance to transport and storage conditions, and automatic quality control systems ensure the accuracy of assembly.

Thanks to multi-point gluing technology, we are able to create packaging ready for automatic assembly and solutions tailored to our customers' packaging lines.

What is cardboard packaging gluing?

Gluing is the process of joining cardboard elements using special industrial adhesives, carried out on folding and gluing machines.
The machine automatically folds and glues the packaging, ensuring repeatability and high precision.

What is multi-point gluing?

It is a technology in which the packaging is glued at several points – e.g., in 2, 3, or 4 places.
It allows for the creation of more complex structures, such as die-cut boxes, trays, or automatic packaging, which retain their perfect shape and rigidity after assembly.

What types of packaging do we glue?

We glue flap boxes, die-cut boxes, and laminated packaging.
Thanks to various machine configurations and gluing points, we can adapt the process to almost any project.

Is gluing done manually or automatically?

The entire process is carried out automatically on gluing lines.
The operator supervises the machine's operation, while folding, glue application, and pressing are fully automatic, which eliminates errors and increases efficiency.

Why is gluing precision so important?

Accurate assembly and even glue application affect not only the aesthetics but also the strength of the packaging structure.
Precise gluing guarantees the stability of the carton and the safety of its contents during transport.
