Cardboard sheets are large corrugated board sheets placed between successive layers of products stacked on a pallet. Their purpose is to distribute weight evenly, protect goods from mechanical damage, and stabilize the entire load during transport, handling, and warehouse storage.
This solution is especially valuable in industrial sectors where heavy or irregular products are transported on a single pallet – metal components, ceramic and tile products, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or automotive parts. The divider acts as a rigid, uniform bearing surface between layers, eliminating point pressure and reducing the risk of load movement in transit.
Every divider is manufactured to match the pallet format and load weight, with board grade and layer count selected accordingly (including heavy-duty multi-ply constructions for higher load capacity). We can also produce dividers with mounting holes, cut-outs, or a laminated finish, depending on the customer's packing process.
