Cardboard Crates

CONSTRUCTION MATCHED TO LOAD

Board grade and layer count are selected individually to match the weight and nature of the product being transported – from light to heavily loaded cargo.

PRODUCT VENTILATION

Ventilation openings in the walls allow free air circulation, which matters during transport and short-term storage of fresh produce.

STABLE STACKING

Corner construction and appropriately selected crush resistance allow safe stacking of crates on pallets, both in the warehouse and during transport.

LIGHTWEIGHT, ECO-FRIENDLY ALTERNATIVE

Lower packaging weight compared to plastic or wooden crates, with full recyclability.

ardboard crates are open or perforated collective packaging used for transport, short-term storage, and retail display of various products – including fruit and vegetables. They are ideal wherever a lightweight, rigid form with pallet-stacking capability is needed.

Each crate is designed around the weight and nature of the product being packed – we select the corrugated board grade and layer count to ensure adequate crush resistance under stacking, whether the crate is meant for light goods or significantly heavier loads. Crates can be produced with ventilation openings, carrying handles, and a design that allows quick assembly on the packing line.

Crates can also be flexographically printed – logo, product markings, or logistics information – making identification easier during distribution and improving the packaging's overall appearance. We tailor the construction individually to pallet dimensions and the customer's packing line specifications.
