Gluing and folding the cardboard takes place on folder-gluers. It is the last phase of cardboard packaging production.

The package is pre-formed, the glue is applied in the right places and the package is assembled.

Gluing is done hot and cold.

Due to their dimensions, large-size packages are often stuck together from two parts of the package, if they cannot be made from one cardboard sheet.
